As our competition is free the winners currently only win exposure through our homepage, facebook and myspace pages. This in turn adds to your rankings in Google. The savvy pro photographers out there also know they can use this win to notify local press who are always hungry for awards to local people. They can then generate free commercial advertising with an editorial.
In time as the site grows we're going to be offering cash and product prizes but as the site's still in infancy stages it will take a bit of time and we'd like to thank all of you for your patience, support and the high standard of entries.
As regards copyright, alll of the entrants retain their copyright but by entering they permit wpc to use the entered images for advertising and usage throughout our site and other marketing sites related directly to the world photographic club.
